Cause the audience to learn. (CTATL). We could do "cause the women to learn" or "cause the men to learn". This year we talk about the BIG IDEA which is what we want our groups to take away and apply to their lives. The application questions will help us with specific areas where we need to apply the point or aim of the lesson.

Thanks Chuck. In addition to the BIG IDEA, I have also been hearing the term CAST A VISION for the audience. Thanks again.
