Lesson 10 Passage: Matthew 9:1-34

Jesus knows hearts, heals,

sinners (Matthew 9:1-13) a. Paralyzed Man brought by
men to Jesus for healing – Faith of men seen and Jesus forgives sins bringing

Jesus, responds to pleas for healing, the results amaze (Matthew 9:18-34) a. Synagogue leader
requests Jesus come, put a hand on her for her life (18-19) b. A woman in faith desired
to touch Jesus cloak so she would be healed; Jesus sees her faith and she was
instantaneously healed. (20-22) c. Jesus enters synagogue
leaders home, puts crowd outside and takes girl by hand and she got up (23-26) d. Two blind men approach
Jesus for sight. (27-31) - Jesus asked, “do you believe”? Yes - Jesus touch their eyes and sight restored - Jesus admonished former blind men not to
tell, but they spread the news e. Demon-possessed man who could not
talk brought to Jesus; Jesus drives out demon and man spoke amazing people.
