Elisha asks for harpist, then tells what Lord says… valley filled with water, deliver Moab, cities destroyed and good field filled with stones (14-20) 8. Moabites heard of kings coming, see water looking red like blood and come to plunder (21-23) 9. Moabites enter Israel’s camp to the fight and flee; Israelites destroy fortified towns (24-25) 10. King of Moab sees result of battle, kills son and returns to own land (26-27) |
