Law is spiritual but we are unspiritual slaves to sin  (14) c. Law is good, but sin living in me cause me to do thing I do not want to do (15-20) d. Law is at work for my inner delight is God’s law (21) e. War is raging and I am a prisoner to law of sin and death (22-24) f. Thanks to God who delivers me through Jesus Christ (25)
